Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of evolving with the technological demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research projects in generative AI, predictive modeling, and neural network optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Mentorship & Strategy: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability and performance under high load, utilizing cutting-edge cloud infrastructure.
- Roadmap Development: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term corporate goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
