Your Mission
As the Lead AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade deployment. You will lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists in building systems that are not only powerful but also explainable and secure.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, distributed AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning models tailored for the 2026 market landscape.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, legal, and UX design, to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Quantum AI) and integrate them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
