Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the technical strategy for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term product vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for AI model governance and explainability.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technology.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
