Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement robust Generative AI architectures focusing on scalability, latency, and multimodal capabilities for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead Research & Development: Guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists in pushing the boundaries of Transformer models and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Implement advanced optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation) to ensure real-time performance in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and alignment to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Technical Strategy: Translate high-level business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Model Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), diffusion models, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale environments.
