Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-availability machine learning pipelines and data architectures optimized for massive scale.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and 2026 roadmap for our AI initiatives, aligning them with business goals.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Cloud Integration: Manage the integration of AI models into cloud environments (AWS/Azure) utilizing containerization and microservices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Architecture: Proven track record designing scalable distributed systems and MLOps pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
