What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling massive data streams.
- Lead research and development for proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to ensure our roadmap remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible data governance.
