Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architectural vision for next-generation neural networks and large language models (LLMs).
- Lead a diverse team of AI engineers, providing technical mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency at scale.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
