Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructures capable of supporting high-volume, autonomous decision-making processes expected in the 2026 landscape.
- Generative AI Leadership: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents to enhance product capabilities.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical vision and 3-5 year roadmap for AI integration across enterprise solutions.
- Model Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance in alignment with emerging global regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role within AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX; strong knowledge of distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS SageMaker).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale, high-availability systems handling petabytes of data.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of emerging trends and integrate novel technologies (e.g., Quantum AI interfaces) into existing workflows.
