Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure optimized for 2026 workloads.
- Oversee the development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning.
- Implement rigorous data governance and ethical AI protocols to mitigate bias and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as Neuro-Symbolic AI and Quantum-Enhanced Machine Learning.
- Optimize model latency and throughput to support real-time, high-volume data processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications and large-scale models.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
