Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI frameworks designed for the year 2026 roadmap, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum-ready algorithms into our cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor and grow a diverse team of senior engineers and researchers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and security protocols for AI systems.
- Collaborate with product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical blueprints.
- Oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning models and drive the adoption of Generative AI tools.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in leading complex software engineering and AI projects, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus.
