Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers in designing and deploying scalable AI models.
- Oversee the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure code quality, system reliability, and adherence to best practices in software engineering.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in artificial intelligence or machine learning leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
