Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure for the Nexus 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference and low-latency requirements.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready ML models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
