Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for 2026-ready applications.
- Lead the research and development of advanced NLP models and generative AI agents.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for massive scale deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate technical vision into roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD for machine learning.
- Conduct technical mentorship and code reviews for junior engineers and data scientists.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
