Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Systems: Design and implement complex deep learning architectures for autonomous agents and predictive modeling.
- Research & Development: Lead high-level research initiatives to explore cutting-edge advancements in machine learning, including reinforcement learning and transformer models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and low latency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and free from bias.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI architecture, or software engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker) is essential.
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Cloud Architecture or AI/ML (e.g., AWS ML Specialty) are a plus.
