Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design end-to-end AI architectures for autonomous decision-making systems and neural networks.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives to explore cutting-edge algorithms for the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into production environments with high reliability.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines for AI deployment and data privacy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve unstructured problems and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
