Your Mission
As our Lead AI Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical strategy for our 2026 product suite, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and at the cutting edge of industry innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for AI-driven solutions, setting the roadmap for our 2026 product evolution.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure and neural network models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Generative Adversarial Networks) and integrating them into our stack.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, best practices, and security protocols across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Architecture: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a focus on serverless and microservices architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
