Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced technical leader to oversee the development of our flagship AI models. You will be responsible for the technical vision, architecture design, and team mentorship. Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to deliver breakthrough features.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Transformer models and generative adversarial networks.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and MLOps pipeline automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and big data technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to production.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
