Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale data processing and model training for the 2026 era.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives focused on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and autonomous agents to drive innovation.
- Strategic Technical Direction: Define the technical vision for 2026, bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI systems are safe, transparent, and unbiased.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and business leaders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Algorithmic Mastery: Proven track record of implementing complex algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance under pressure.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
