Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems optimized for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Define and maintain the technical vision for neural network infrastructure, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI models into core product offerings.
- Oversee the research and deployment of quantum-ready algorithms and hybrid computing solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data security, and model interpretability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven experience designing systems for high-concurrency environments and edge computing.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
