Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure, specifically aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable architectures for Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Lead architectural reviews and technical decision-making for complex, multi-system integrations.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate research into deployable solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, data privacy, and security compliance across all AI workloads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong background in designing distributed systems and cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical debt.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
