Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Architect proprietary machine learning models to drive predictive analytics for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Security, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, AI-native architectures.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of high-performing engineers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure best practices for AI model deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and software architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of hardware acceleration (GPU/CPU optimization) for AI workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex projects on time.
