What You Will Do:
β’ Design Future-Proof Architectures: Build scalable ML systems specifically engineered for the hardware and data paradigms of 2026.
β’ Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the development of proprietary algorithms that push the boundaries of generative AI.
β’ Optimize for the Edge: Architect solutions that function efficiently on next-gen edge computing devices.
β’ Drive Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and standards for a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Pioneering Research: Conduct research into 2026-ready technologies, including neuromorphic computing and synthetic data generation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of Senior ML Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize model inference speeds and resource utilization to maximize ROI on hardware investments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and security teams to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural patterns across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Futuristic Knowledge: Strong understanding of emerging tech trends for 2026, including quantum computing basics and advanced edge AI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with scalable, elegant solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
