Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI models and infrastructure pipelines aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Research Leadership: Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and legacy systems to optimize performance.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability cloud architecture.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
