What You Will Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Define the architectural roadmap for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Optimization: Lead the development of proprietary machine learning models, focusing on latency reduction and accuracy improvement.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Design: Architect resilient cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP, implementing best practices for CI/CD and DevOps.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines for real-time processing.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and technical architecture assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate cutting-edge methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
