Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the architectural vision for AI systems, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate 2026 business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce operational costs through efficient architecture.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
- Publish research papers and contribute to open-source communities in the AI space.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying state-of-the-art NLP and Computer Vision models at scale.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of shipping production-grade software and leading cross-functional teams.
