Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect and implement a long-term technical roadmap focused on future-proofing our AI infrastructure against emerging market trends.
- System Design: Design scalable, distributed machine learning systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with zero-latency inference.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge research (LLMs, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics) into production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate high-level business strategies into actionable technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical initiatives that align with long-term business goals, specifically looking toward 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
