Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical strategy for our AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and innovation aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Infrastructure Scalability: Design robust, fault-tolerant infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput inference and training workloads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, fairness, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art NLP or Computer Vision models into production environments.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate technological trends and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
