Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of supporting the computational demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into next-generation neural networks, ensuring our models stay ahead of the curve.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure optimal latency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, identifying opportunities for AI integration that drive growth.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- AGI Knowledge: Deep understanding of current LLM trends, prompt engineering, and the trajectory toward AGI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
