Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale LLMs and multimodal AI systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for our '2026 Vision' product line, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for high-volume deployments.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to deliver seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration techniques.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models handling millions of requests daily.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
