Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 Suite, focusing on high-performance AI processing and data throughput.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to deliver roadmap milestones on time and with exceptional quality.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies into the 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a focus on AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes projects to successful completion.
