Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive architectural roadmap for AI and Machine Learning initiatives, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Design Scalable Infrastructure: Architect robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor senior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for MLOps and deployment.
- Drive Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to integrate into our product pipeline.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional product teams.
- Ensure Compliance: Implement rigorous governance and ethical AI frameworks to ensure safety and transparency in our models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Flink).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background designing solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on serverless and containerized architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and drive them to successful execution.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
