Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and microservices architecture aligned with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Roadmap Definition: Define the technical vision and roadmap for next-generation AI models, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of large-scale neural networks, focusing on latency reduction, memory efficiency, and throughput improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
