Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 AI Stack, focusing on scalability, latency reduction, and energy efficiency.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers to translate research into production-ready systems.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, MLOps pipelines, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
- Ensure ethical AI governance and data privacy compliance across all neural network architectures.
- Conduct architectural reviews to optimize system performance and cost-efficiency.
- Stay abreast of global technology trends to proactively integrate emerging paradigms into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity principles.
