Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
