In this pivotal role, you will define the technical strategy for our neural network infrastructure, ensuring our platforms remain at the forefront of innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy machine learning models that redefine user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI systems leading up to the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Mentor and coach senior engineering teams on best practices in deep learning and neural architecture search.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical assessments to ensure system stability and performance.
- Partner with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies such as edge computing and quantum-ready algorithms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in artificial intelligence and machine learning leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language model (LLM) architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI products from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and data governance frameworks.
