Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Generative AI models, focusing on hallucination reduction and factual accuracy.
- Define the technical vision for our autonomous agent systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and legal teams, to ensure ethical AI deployment.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies such as quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready Large Language Models and Generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
