We are looking for a visionary Lead AI Architect to define the technical roadmap for our upcoming projects targeting the 2026 release cycle. At Apex Innovation Labs, we are building the infrastructure for the next generation of autonomous systems and generative intelligence.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI advancements and scalable engineering solutions. You will lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers to deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for 2026 AI product roadmap, focusing on scalability and security.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced NLP pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Ensure data privacy, model interpretability, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Conduct architectural reviews and drive technical debt reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience designing and deploying LLMs in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transformations.
- Familiarity with MLOps, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
