Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for our flagship 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Roadmap Strategy: Translate business goals into concrete technical milestones for the 2026 deployment cycle.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model quantization, pruning, and inference optimization to reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve in academic research, integrating the latest breakthroughs into our production pipelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA. Experience with large-scale distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLMs (Transformers, GPT architectures).
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
