Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Create and execute the long-term technology strategy for the '2026 Initiative', focusing on scalable AI infrastructure and predictive modeling.
- Architect High-Performance Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex microservices and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions meet rigorous security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think several years ahead and plan for future scalability and technological shifts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
