Responsibilities
- Define the strategic technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product release cycle, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation generative AI models and large-scale neural networks.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to quantum-ready cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security.
- Establish coding standards and architectural best practices to ensure code maintainability and scalability.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product management and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning to optimize system latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in artificial intelligence and machine learning systems.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
