Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement robust deep learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the scaling of inference pipelines and ensure low-latency performance for real-time applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Lead the implementation of safety protocols and alignment strategies to prevent bias and ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of industry trends (Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate emerging technologies into our roadmap.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product and business units to translate technical capabilities into strategic product features.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray).
- Publications: A strong track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or open-source contributions.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to translate long-term roadmaps (e.g., 2026 vision) into actionable technical milestones.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
