Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams for real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development to optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency for edge and cloud deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Establish governance frameworks for model safety, ethics, and compliance to mitigate AI bias and security risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong proficiency in distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying production-grade NLP or Computer Vision models at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex engineering problems and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
