Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Initiative's core AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for AI scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and ethical use of AI models across all products.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies and microservices architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
