Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability for the 2026 roadmap.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research into advanced neural networks and deep learning algorithms to solve complex industry problems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to integrate quantum algorithms into classical AI workflows.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
