Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the Horizon 2026 AI platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Architect and implement large-scale machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Oversee model optimization strategies, including quantization, pruning, and inference acceleration.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical AI guidelines in all system designs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Generative AI technologies.
