Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI pipelines for the '2026' generative platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products, optimizing for user experience and conversion.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies (e.g., quantum computing integration, neuromorphic chips) for potential application.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models serving millions of requests per day.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
