Job Description
We are building the future of enterprise intelligence, and we need a visionary Lead AI Architect to define the roadmap for 2026.
Nexus Horizon Solutions is seeking a forward-thinking technical leader to architect the next generation of AI systems. In this pivotal role, you will not simply deploy existing technologies; you will design the infrastructure required to support autonomous agents, quantum-ready algorithms, and hyper-personalized user experiences that will define the year 2026.
The Opportunity:
As we approach the 2026 milestone, the gap between theoretical AI potential and practical application is closing. You will be at the forefront of this transformation, leading a world-class engineering team in building scalable, ethical, and high-performance AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure designed for the demands of 2026, including edge computing and distributed ledger integration.
- Lead the strategic definition of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Design robust data pipelines and model training frameworks to support next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure security, compliance, and scalability.
- Mentor and grow a team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to translate futuristic tech trends into concrete product roadmaps.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) and integrate viable solutions into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale ML products from conception to production.
- Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for staying ahead of the curve and a deep interest in the technological landscape of 2026.
