- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with the executive team to identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our product vision.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and implementation of model quantization, pruning, and distillation to improve inference efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and security experts to ensure AI solutions are user-centric and secure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
