Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring high availability and scalability across distributed cloud environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI models with real-time autonomous agents.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate technical debt.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), Hugging Face Transformers, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a regulated industry (FinTech, HealthTech) is highly preferred.
