Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of real-time decision making.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to drive innovation in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Establish best practices for code quality, model deployment, and ethical AI usage.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
